This will be a very special boxing event because it will be the first in a series of mobile boxing and brews event that we will be holding!! We will be holding these at all different establishments around the area!!Location: Farmer's Creekside. 1 Main Street, LeRoy NY. South Deck
Time: 6pm start but please get there 10 minutes early to get setup
Cost: $5 to secure your spot
SPECIALS: Creekside will be offering BOGO Drinks and $1 oysters after the event!!
RAIN DATE SEPT 1 6PM
Open to all members and non members!!! Great for those of all fitness levels! No experience required!
Boxing gloves available if you do not have your own
Stay after the event and hang out with the group and enjoy the awesome atmosphere, drinks, and food that creekside offers!!
Why is there a cost? We had a few no shows for some past events. Because of the limited number of punching bags available, we have to limit our spots for this class! So when you sign up and we reserve a spot for you, that is someone else who can not come once we are full. This $5 will be 'given back to you' in the form of a free drink token that can be used at the Creekside! We are just trying to insure that all those who are registered and have a spot reserved, show up to our event!
Event WODS
8 Rounds. 45 Minutes
This isn’t your standard boxing class!! We also utilize strength and accessory work rounds to give you a better workout and keep you moving! This class is great for those who have boxed before and also for beginners!! You will be challenged to push yourself during this class so make sure to bring your best attitude and look forward to an awesome workout!!
