Any youth that is 16 years of age or younger that would like to work out in the 24/7 on their own, must have one of the following:
Take part in one month of our group athlete classes where they will learn:
Proper lifting technique
How to Properly use the machines
How to follow a program and why it is important
Weight room etiquette, respecting other lifters and the equipment
Have a parent present the entire time with them while they are working out.
